Cami App Shutdown Announcement

We regret to inform our users that the Cami app will be shutting down. We thank you all for your support over the past year. Please read the following sections for information regarding the shutdown process for different platforms.

iOS

The Cami app will be removed from the App Store starting next month. Existing subscribers are advised to cancel their subscriptions. To do so, open your Settings app, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Tap the subscription that you want to manage, then tap Cancel Subscription. If you don't see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew. For more information, please contact us at: [email protected]

Android

The Cami app will be removed from the Google Play Store starting next month (on or before July 12). Existing subscribers are advised to cancel their subscriptions by following these steps: Open the Google Play Store app, tap Menu, then Subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to cancel, then tap Cancel subscription. Follow the instructions. If you don't see the subscription you're looking for, check the renewal date. Support for Cami services through WhatsApp is already discontinued.

LINE

Support for Cami services through LINE is already discontinued.
